Streamlined, built in resident screening includes nationwide criminal background checks where allowed by law, credit checks along with past rent payment history, income verification by review bank account deposits, and former landlord references. This ensures we only rent to the highest qualified tenants, thus preventing late rent payments and evictions in most every case.
Once the screening process is complete, we obtain a deposit to hold the property. We then review and sign the lease with the tenant, collect the security deposit and rent, ensure the utilities are properly set up, and have the tenant sign our property condition report with photos to make sure we have all the evidence for any billable damage upon move-out.
We accept all forms of payment. We allow all our tenants to pay with direct deposit, cash, check, credit card, debit card, or assistance vouchers. We follow up and make sure our tenants pay on time and help them with any assistance they need.
Owner statements are securely posted to an online Owners Portal, saving time and paper. These simple statements provide you with a quick snapshot of your property details for the past month. We can also include maintenance invoices and additional reports you request.
